WordPress Maintenance packages

My WordPress Maintenance Packages are designed to keep your website secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly.

Whether you choose Bronze, Silver, or Gold, you’ll get regular plugin updates, quick turnaround times for edit requests, and expert support directly from me.

The Silver and Gold plans include weekly speed optimisation to boost performance, and with the Gold plan, you’ll also get dedicated meeting time for more in-depth support. It’s a simple, reliable way to keep your site in good hands—without the stress.


WordPress Maintenance Agreement

This Agreement is made between Costanza Casullo / Bromley Web Works (“the Service Provider”) and the subscribing individual or business (“the Client”).

By purchasing any of the WordPress Maintenance Packages (Bronze, Silver or Gold), the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Services Included

Depending on the package chosen, the following services will be provided on a monthly basis:

Bronze

  • Weekly plugin updates
  • Up to 5 website edit requests per month
  • Delivery time for edit requests: 3 working days
  • Weekly Loading Speed Optimisation
  • Weekly Security Checks

Silver

  • Weekly plugin updates
  • Up to 10 website edit requests per month
  • Delivery time for edit requests: 3 working days
  • Weekly Loading Speed Optimisation
  • Weekly Security Checks

Gold

  • Weekly plugin updates
  • Up to 15 website edit requests per month
  • Up to 2 hours of meetings per month (if needed)
  • Delivery time for edit requests: 2 working days
  • Weekly Loading Speed Optimisation
  • Weekly Security Checks

2. Edit Requests

  • Edit requests must be sent to costanza@bromleywebworks.co.uk
  • Edit requests may include content changes, layout tweaks, plugin settings, and minor styling adjustments.
  • Larger feature changes or redesigns are not covered and may be quoted separately.
  • Requests exceeding the monthly limit will be held until the next billing cycle unless agreed otherwise.

3. Meetings (Gold Plan Only)

  • Clients on the Gold plan may request up to 2 hours of meetings per month, scheduled via the provided calendly link.
  • Unused meeting time does not roll over to the next month.

4. Access

  • The Client must provide full administrative access to their WordPress website in order for the Service Provider to carry out updates and requested work.
  • Failure to provide access may delay or prevent services from being delivered and does not exempt the Client from payment.

5. Delivery Times

  • The stated delivery times refer to business days and begin from the date the request is received and confirmed.
  • Complex requests may take longer and the Client will be informed in such cases.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Packages are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Clients may manage their subscription (including upgrades or cancellations) via the Stripe customer portal
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Service Guarantee

  • If the Service Provider does not deliver the services promised within the agreed timeframe, the Client may request a full or partial refund for that month.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to client delays or inaccessibility of the website.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service Provider will take all reasonable care when updating and maintaining the website.
  • The Client accepts that updates and edits may occasionally result in unexpected issues, and agrees to notify the Service Provider promptly so they may be resolved.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for any third-party plugin or theme issues outside of standard update processes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
